This is a special 150th anniversary model that uses a luxurious combination of J&F.J BAKER's RUSSIAN CALF and TANNERIE D'ANNONAY's BOX CALF on the upper of MILITARY COLLECTION's classic 1128 MILITARY DERBY SHOE.
 
J&F.J BAKER founded in 1862, this is the only long-established oakbark tannery in the UK. It is famous for producing high-quality, highly durable leather for a wide range of leather products such as shoes, equestrian equipment, and interior decoration. Russian calf leather is tanned using a unique technique and is the highest quality leather with a highly durable and supple texture. Premium calf leather reproduced using the company's traditional techniques.
 
TANNERIE D'ANNONAY is a long-established French tannery founded in 1838 that is well known for producing high-quality calf leather. The city where the company is located and the origin of its name has been famous for its leather industry since the 12th century, and its fine box calfs, tanned using high-quality water, are highly praised by high-end shoes and famous maisons around the world.
