Shipping & handling

  • For security reasons, we do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

  • Orders paid by Paypal may only be shipped to the country of Paypal registered billing address.

  • We are pleased to offer Delivery Worldwide by SF Express or Fedex.

All shipments are uninsured. ​​​Once the notification with your tracking number has be sent, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments.  The buyer assumes all responsibilities of loss or damage during the transit or make claims with the shipping carrier.

Promotion code 

  • Add your selections to your shopping cart and go to checkout.

  • Enter your promotion code in the “Promo code” box.

  • Click the “Apply” button.

  • Your Promotion Code will automatically be applied to your order and will be reflected in your order total. 

Unfortunately, only one code can be used per order.  Codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, shipping cost and some exclusions apply.

Order verification 

Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping.  Please allow 1-3 business days (not including holidays) for order processing and verification.  Most orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. 

Payment options 

Our price is based in Hong Kong Dollars (HK$), and all payment transaction will be made in HK$.  Pereffs accepts the following payment methods:

  • Visa, Master, American Express, China Union Pay, JCB, Diners, Discover, Electron, Maestro

  • Paypal

  • Apple Pay & Google Pay

  • Alipay

  • Wechat pay

Sales tax

For purchases made outside of Hong Kong may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.  Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information.

Return / Exchange

All transactions are non-refundable. Please note that all Sale items are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you have received a damaged item, an incomplete order, or the incorrect size/color/merchandise, please notify us within 7 business days of receiving your package to remain eligible for an exchange.

Exchange Requirements

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible:

  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

  • All original tags must remain attached.

  • Items must be returned in their original, intact packaging.

  • Footwear: Must include the original shoe box in its original condition, free of postal labels. A fee will be charged if the footwear is returned without the original box or if the box is damaged.

 

Pereffs reserves the right to refuse an exchange request if the items show any signs of wear, misuse, or damage.

 

How to Process an Exchange

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. To initiate your exchange:

  1. Complete the Return/Exchange Form in its entirety.

  2. Pack your items securely and include the Return/Exchange Form.

  3. Ship the package prepaid and insured to the address below.

Exchange Fulfillment

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please allow 1–3 business days (excluding public holidays) for order processing. We are pleased to offer free domestic shipping (Hong Kong, Macau, China, and Taiwan) for your replacement items.

Product Availability

While we strive for accuracy, Pereffs cannot guarantee that all items shown online are available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right to revise, discontinue, or cease production of any product, or to cancel an order without liability or prior notice.  In the event that an ordered item is out of stock, you will be notified via email and a full refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method.

Why colors from web site different to the products?

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at our web site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

I placed a successful order but why I didn’t receive a confirmation e.mail yet? 

During high-traffic periods, there may be a small delay in delivery of confirmation e.mails. If you have not received an email after 1 hour, please check your junk mail folder. If you think you entered an incorrect email, please email online@pereffs.com with your order number and last name and we will re-send your confirmation.

Can I add, remove items or cancel my order once it is submitted?

Once your order has been submitted, we begin processing your order, which entails a number of steps.  During this time we are unable add or remove items and modify or cancel your order.
