Shipping & handling

  • For security reasons, we do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

  • Orders paid by Paypal may only be shipped to the country of Paypal registered billing address.

  • We are pleased to offer Delivery Worldwide by SF Express or Fedex.

Promotion code 

  • Add your selections to your shopping cart and go to checkout.

  • Enter your promotion code in the “Apply Coupon” box.

  • Click the “Apply” button.

  • Your Promotion Code will automatically be applied to your order and will be reflected in your order total. 

Unfortunately, only one code can be used per order.  Codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, shipping cost and some exclusions apply.

Order verification 

Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping.  Please allow 1-3 business days (not including holidays) for order processing and verification.  Most orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days.

Our price is based in Hong Kong Dollars (HK$), and all payment transaction will be made in HK$.  Pereffs accepts the following payment methods:

Sales tax

For purchases made outside of Hong Kong may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.  Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information.

Damaged or missing items

If you have received a damaged item, or if your order was incomplete, please notify us within 7 business days upon receiving the package to be eligible for exchange.

Wrong size, color, or merchandise

If at any chance you received an item that is the wrong size, color or completely different from what you have ordered, please notify us within 7 business days to be eligible for exchange.


Exchanges are dependent on existing stock.  Items must be unused and unwashed in original packaging to receive the exchanges.  Please note that we cannot refund any shipping or handling charges.

Returns & exchanges 

  • Merchandise must be returned within 7 days.

  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.

  • Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.

  • Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels. Shoe box fees are charged when footwear is returned in a damaged shoe box, or without the original shoe box.

  • Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.

  • All Sale items are final and can't not be returned / exchanged.

Return and exchange process

All returns or exchanges must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached.  Please fill out the Return/exchange Form in full detail and send it along with the item(s) to the us.  All packages must be returned prepaid shipped via insured mail in a secure package to below address.  We do not accept COD.

What happen if ordered item(s) out of stock?

Although availability may be indicated on Pereffs, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. You will be notified via email and a refund will automatically be issued to the original purchasing payment method.

Why colors from web site different to the products?

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at our web site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

I placed a successful order but why I didn’t receive a confirmation e.mail yet? 

During high-traffic periods, there may be a small delay in delivery of confirmation e.mails. If you have not received an email after 1 hour, please check your junk mail folder. If you think you entered an incorrect email, please email with your order number and last name and we will re-send your confirmation.

Can I add, remove items or cancel my order once it is submitted?

Once your order has been submitted, we begin processing your order, which entails a number of steps.  During this time we are unable add or remove items and modify or cancel your order.
