BUTLER VERNER SAILS Reactive Dyed Slender Handle 2way Tote Blue Grey
After sewing the bag into shape with a printed canvas base (after the product is completed), it is dyed using reactive dyes. Immediately after dyeing, a bio-wash (washing with chemicals) is applied to create a worn look throughout. After completion, a leather name tag is sewn on. It has double handles, and when using one of the long and short handles, the other is folded inward. The thin handles are also sewn in two layers, giving them a firm finish that is not inferior to the main body.
Reactive dyeing
A method in which the dye penetrates into the fiber and causes a chemical reaction in the fabric to fix the color. Unlike pigment dyes, there is almost no color fading due to friction or getting wet.
Therefore, it is a product that can be matched with light-colored clothes. The slight texture is due to the bio-processing that is done immediately after the product dyeing. It can also be washed with water. It is a standard product that BUTLER VERNER SAILS has been manufacturing for a long time.
