The face thread of No. 16 is a 7:3 blend of Desi cotton and organic cotton from Uganda, a sort of hybrid. Desi cotton creates a unique wool-like dry touch. The organic cotton that is mixed with it is from Uganda, which is considered to be a good match for Desi cotton. Since it is based on raw cotton harvested by hand, there is a problem of different raw cotton yarns coming in, but this combination creates the most bulky and wool-like texture.
Another feature is that the backing thread is made of brown cotton from Zimbabwe. Compared to the Purcara Sweatshirt, the Ugandan organic cotton is of higher quality and has a stronger whiteness, and the oatmeal and heather gray colors are slightly different. It also feels a little softer to the touch, but the finish is almost the same as the Purcara Sweatshirt.
