NANGA×RYUJI KAMIYAMA Coack Jacket Black

Based on the highly insulating WARM COACH JACKET, which has a tricot lining, the back features a bold graphic by artist Ryuji Kamiyama. Behind the character are colorful images of a bonfire, lake, and mountains, creating an impressive design that blends natural scenery with a playful spirit. Perfect for the transitional seasons when down or padded outerwear can feel heavy, or when there is a large temperature difference between day and night, the jacket's temperature can be adjusted with layering, making it the perfect piece for Japan's late summer through autumn.
 
The material used is H2OFFDR, a high-density woven microfiber fabric with a durable water-repellent finish. It combines excellent breathability and lightness with a soft, supple texture and natural look. The design theme is "HIDDEN PLACE." Kamiyama, who says, "When you think of NANGA, you think of sleeping bags," created this illustration while imagining his time in the mountains with his son. It depicts a warm scene of casual conversations taking place in a sleeping bag while enjoying a meal and a bonfire in nature. Ryuji Kamiyama
was born in 1972 and is a graphic artist based in Tokyo. Since the 1990s, he has been producing works that cross over street culture and art, focusing on stencils and silkscreens. "RATFACE" is his signature character, and has captivated many fans with its simple form and playful expression.
He has held solo exhibitions and live paintings both in Japan and overseas, as well as collaborated with numerous brands and manufacturers. He continues to incorporate art and play into everyday life.
