After referencing old-style sweatshirts, it was decided to use modern fabrics to recreate the details of that era. Heavyweight cotton fabric was combined with a retro wash to create an aged look. In addition to giving the sweatshirt a faded effect, it also made the cotton fabric soft and comfortable. The V-notch stitching at the front and back ensures that the neckline can remain intact even after multiple washes.
