This long wallet is crafted from Chrome Excel. The interior is made from Tochigi tanned leather and finished in a contrasting color scheme. The brand logo is embossed in the center of the edge. The patina that develops with use is a unique feature of Chrome Excel. The stitching is done with a thick #5 thread count.
Chromexcel leather is a product name owned by the American company Horween, which is made using a technique developed almost 100 years ago. The raw hide is tanned using a method called "combination tanning," and then finished by applying an oil blend of beef tallow, vegetable oil, fish oil, and other fats and oils.
