Used slub yarn, which has a unique textured texture, and a fleece knitted into coarsely grained heather that gives it a vintage feel . This is Healthknit's original fabric, completed through trial and error. The fabric has a thickness of 13.6 ounces and is a heavy weight item that is rarely seen these days. Although the fabric is thick and sturdy, it is supple and soft to the touch, and as you wash it, it becomes even more dense and its texture increases.
For the ribs, the team used "needle-free ribs," which were commonly used in the 1940s. But have since disappeared due to the simplification of the production process. It has a unique look because only part of the ribs are knitted without the needles. For sewing, used a sewing machine called a 4-needle flat seamer.

Inset double-sided V gusset seen on vintage sweatshirts from the early 1950s. This is a detail that is said to increase elasticity and prevent sweat when worn. The neck rib is strongly finished with a two-needle binder neck, and is slightly biased to increase elasticity.
It has a vintage motif, but the fit is modern. The product is finished with great attention to detail.
