BARNES & MOORE Garrison Belt Deep Honey

Featuring the custom hand built, buckle weighing in at a hefty 100g and made to stand the test of time. Garrison belt is 38mm wide, suitable for the belt loops of most denim. The team make them by hand, from heavy quality 5mm drum dyed Harness Leather, which is produced for them by one of England’s finest remaining tanneries. Each piece of leather takes 3-4 months to produce, using traditional tanning methods that date back centuries. They only use the premium ‘butt’ of the hide for its strength, and also to prevent our belts from stretching.
 
The guys that make those buckles have been casting brass since 1837, so they’re pretty good at it. They also hold the Royal warrant as suppliers to household of the Queen of England, and that’s testament enough for Barnes & Moore! The Garrison buckle is created using traditional sand casting skills, and is made from solid brass with an antique nickel finish. The rivets they use are also solid brass, nickel plated, designed for quality and strength.
 
The result of their endeavours is a rugged belt of outstanding quality that will stand the test of time. Handmade with the care and attention that mass production will never imitate.
Each belt comes with a Barnes & Moore gift box, made from recycled, sustainable materials and complimentary 5ml bottle of pure neatsfoot oil, used to condition the leather.
